Samsung Galaxy Note II (Verizon Wireless)
The Galaxy Note II for Verizon Wireless ($299.99 direct) is many things, but above all, it's the most phone there is. It gives you more screen, more processor, and more OS than almost any other phone out there.
Cons:
- Very large
- A few minor hiccups in gaming performance
- Samsung's heavy UI layer isn't to everyone's taste

Samsung Galaxy Note II Review
The smartphone stylus pretty much went the way of the Dodo bird with the introduction of the original iPhone that reinvented the touchscreen paradigm, yet a lot of folks have apparently been missing it.
Pros:
- Best HD Super AMOLED screen from Samsung to date
- Significantly improved S Pen ergonomics and performance
- Excellent battery life
- Powerful quad-core processor
- Very good photos and video
- Stellar call quality
- Strong
- clean loudspeaker
Cons:
- Subpar sound recording with video footage

It's fast, it's smart, it has lots of tools that could help you, and it has a battery life that could last you a day or two without charging. Also, the display is great if you love reading books but don't want to bring your giant iPad or Kindle, this is a good alternative.

Samsung Galaxy Note 2
IT SOUNDS pretty ridiculous that some vendors now sell phones that are almost too big to fit in your hands, but for some bizarre reason, phone-tablets - or "phablets" if you allow yourself to say it - are becoming more popular as the months go on.
Pros:
- Huge clear and bright screen
- super-fast and responsive
Cons:
- Too wide for smaller hands
- app icons on home screen made bigger instead of adding an extra row
- The back panel is too flimsy

Samsung Galaxy Note 2 review: The ultimate anti-iPhone
Samsung delivers a powerful, boundary-pushing device that gets a lot right. Yet its complicated features and high price raise questions about its purpose.
Pros:
- Oodles of screen real estate make the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 terrific for videos, games, and reading
- and its improved stylus aids productivity. A blazing quad-core processor, a great camera, and strong battery life round out the advantages of this Android 4.1 phone
Cons:
- The huge display makes the Galaxy Note 2 unwieldy to carry
- and hiccups in the S Pen stylus and apps can slow you down.

Once you've experienced the Galaxy Note II it will be hard to go back to a smaller screen.

Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Review: In Depth
The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 would have been awarded 5 out of 5 if not for a some jarring UI glitches. Admittedly, its design is also weaker than we would have hoped for a handset costing £528 offline , but what the Note 2 does deliver is the best pen integration of any smartphone available.
Pros:
- Big
- bright
- bold screen
- Improved S-Pen Integration
- Great camera
- Speedy performance
Cons:
- It's big
- Very, Build is plasticky, Expensive, TouchWiz is heavy

Samsung Galaxy Note II
What ever happened to smartphones that were comfortably pocketable? Don't ask Samsung, as it's still too busy raking in the profits off its Galaxy Note range of mini-tablet-sized handsets. Phablets, as most people call them, have risen to dominance in world smartphone market.
