waste of money

cant hold a network signal, wifi competes with lte and 4g, speakers are not powerful enough to match the size of the phone. app responce is slow. i may have just gotten a defective model but after two months now i threw it in the garbage and bought a new black berry.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 review Review

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 packs a good screen, plenty of power and that all important stylus for sketching. It's quite a lot more expensive than the iPad mini though, and its plastic construction doesn't feel anywhere near as luxurious.
Pros:
  • Stylus is great for drawing
  • Bright
  • bold screen
  • Very powerful processor
  • Expandable storage
Cons:
  • Too expensive
  • Some Samsung software didn't work
  • Plastic design feels cheap

Samsung Galaxy Note 2 review

In the end, the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is a great big salad of good and bad things. On the one hand, it has solid internals which translates to excellent performance in most aspects – on the other hand, there's the poor choice of external design and mediocre-feeling materials, along with the bloated...

Samsung GALAXY Note II

It's pretty obvious that design-wise, the Note II is inspired by the GS3. It's all about the plastic body, rounded corners, and thin bezels. In an attempt at the "premium" look, Samsung has added a flashy metallic finish (like what you see on Whirlpool refrigerators).
Pros:
  • Brilliant screen
  • Excellent performance
  • Extensive multimedia support
  • Great battery life
  • Packed with features
Cons:
  • Uncomfortable for single-handed use
  • Feels too plasticky
  • S-Voice is worse than Siri

An iPhone Veteran Evaluates a Samsung Galaxy Note II

I liked this Samsung Galaxy Note II. I could live with it. It's not as big as I thought it would be. But it dwarfs the iPhone 4S and 5. It's a geek toy with lots of features and functions, and that will appeal to some, not others. I personally enjoyed it.
Pros:
  • Very nice 5.5-inch 1280 x 720 Super AMOLED display, Quad-core 1.6 GHz Cortex-A9 CPU.  Removable battery
  • Expandable storage with SD-card
  • Stereo FM radio.
Cons:
  • Not a discreet size
  • may be awkward for some
  • especially kids.

Faster, stronger, better looking, and more functional. It's better connected than ever, and thanks to that increased screen size.
Pros:
  • Enormous battery
  • Expandable memory
  • Amazing screen
  • LTE capable
  • Blazingly fast
  • Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
Cons:
  • Expensive
  • S-Pen is still complicated
  • Slow camera shutter
  • Size may be a barrier

Review Samsung Galaxy Note II GT-N7100 Smartphone

Revamped phablet. The sleeves are too short or it tweaks at the waist - a clear case for a half-size. This was likely what Samsung thought when designing the Galaxy Note. The second edition just cannot be pigeonholed into a standard size. It is now even a bit bigger - and extremely fast.
Pros:
  • Good workmanship
  • Very big screen
  • Powerful platform
  • Viewing angle stable
  • high-contrast screen
  • Very long battery runtime
  • Fairly good camera
  • Wi-Fi for 2.4 and 5 GHz
  • The courage to bridge the gap or
  • better
  • to fill the niche.
Cons:
  • Mediocre choice of materials
  • Averagely bright screen
  • Slight bluish cast
  • Limited mobility
  • No LTE

Samsung Galaxy Note II

What the first generation Galaxy Note did was to bring the hybrid device between the smartphone and the tablet to the masses. And the popularity of the Note surprised us as well, admittedly.
Pros:
  • Superb Performance
  • Android Jelly Bean on-board
  • More RAM makes heavy usage smoother
  • Very good display quality
  • Better than expected battery life
  • Air-View is very neat feature
Cons:
  • Too big for most users
  • Pricey
