Review: Samsung Galaxy Note II
Last year, Samsung single-handedly transformed the hybrid phone/tablet into a viable form factor with the release of the Galaxy Note . The huge, stylus-toting smartphone was a surprise hit with consumers, amassing sales of more than ten million units worldwide.

So many people are confused right now with a seemingly never ending choice of phones on the market. I understand. In fact, we at Ausdroid go through the same difficulty ourselves in trying to choose our next smartphone. What we're looking at here is the biggest phone you can buy.
Pros:
- Big display means larger
- more legible content
- Huge battery means about 2 days medium usage
- Fastest
- smoothest Android experience to date
- Handwriting recognition is surprisingly good
- Slimmer
- narrower design than original Note
Cons:
- A couple of TouchWiz niggles
- Too big for small hands
- Learning curve for S-Pen apps
- Auto Brightness is still inconsistent

OMG!!! Where has this phone been?
To start off with, I have been using an iphone since 2008. I co founded the Silicon Valley Palm Users Group in April, 2000. I drove across the country in 2007 with a TomTom app on my palm Lifedrive. I have been using smart phones before they were smart.

S-Pen functionality The Galaxy Note 2 is quite an amazing phablet and there's still a lot more to it than a big display. It houses plenty useful touches designed to make life easier. This includes via S-Pen input and S-Note functionality.
