Bought over a year ago and seemed ok at first. Recurrent big issues with phone being unresponsive. Also major problems accessing banking online so bank staff completely closed it down and restarted it. Major disappointment in phone. Very slow.

Bought this mobile to replace a Samsung S3 mini which was getting past it. Should have for this phone earlier as its a breathe of fresh air. Transferring from old to new phone was trouble-free thanks to the Samsung switch app being loaded on both phones.

Don't be fooled by the claimed amount of memory on this phone. The phone supposedly has 8GB of memory, but most of this is taken up with the operating system and apps that cannot be removed. Even if you use a memory card, the phone is not able to store many popular apps on the memory card.

This phone has repeatedly stopped working. It would not turn on and then eventually would work. Now the touch screen is dead. Everything else including the speaker works, but can''t use the touch screen to operate!

This phone reminds me so much of the s5, Does what it suppose to do, Price a bit high but I need a phone.

I normally don't give any reviews do to my lazy computer writing. But I felt I needed to put my input base on the two negative reviews I read. First off I am not in any way affiliated with Verizon. I will say I got this phone to replace my daughter same model as this one she broke.

Suits my daughter and good value for money. Works well and easy to use.

I brought this product as a gift to replace another....It was greatly received and very much liked gift as it was easy to use for the person and I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone who needs a product like this!!!

It doesn't come with any useful instructions on how to set it up and get it going; Eventually I worked it out after looking at several You tube videos and a bit of experimentation; The Samsung instructions online were't much help

If you're looking for a phone that's easy to use and has good quality and sound this is the phone for you. There's so much you can do on this and yet doesn't cost the earth. 10/10
