For that sort of money you'll find other phones that can do some aspects better, but few that are as good all-rounders, particularly if you're sticking to big name brands.

- + Great screen
- + Low price
- + Decent performance
Cons:
- - Plastic build

Samsung has been paying attention to both sides of the scale, keeping a balance in its craft of making smartphones. Pros:
- Unique S-Bike feature
- Decent display
- battery backup
- NFC with Samsung Pay
Cons:
- Entry level chipset
- Low internal storage
- No Auto brightness sensor

Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) review
Samsung's Galaxy J5 was a really pleasant surprise when we reviewed it earlier this year, as it was probably one of the first budget handsets Samsung's produced in years that could really go head to head with Motorola's 3rd Gen Moto G .

Value driven
Samsung's J-lineup is being fully renovated and the 2016 badge on the model name implies meaningful updates - albeit subtle, which is understandable. After all, this is the Koreans' economy class of smartphones. But the series is obviously important enough for Samsung to even add new digits.
