An excellent, moderately-priced Android that does everything the Samsung J5 Pro did, except that it has no NFC & so can't be used for phone payments.
Pverall the phones pretty good. But it wont connect to any of my wireless charging ports
The Samsung Galaxy A13 is a budget phone that has a large LCD display paired with excellent battery life. Add in a 3.5mm audio jack as well as expandable storage which its larger siblings lack and it makes a compelling proposition for those seeking a budget Samsung workhorse phone.
Still retains a 3.5mm audio jack, Excellent battery life, Has a microSD card
No 4K video capture, Maxes out at 4G LTE connectivity, No IP68 water resistance
Samsung's entry-level proposition, the Galaxy A12 , has been in dire need of an upgrade to prevent the competition from pushing Samsung out of this price segment. With significantly faster Wi-Fi, a brighter, higher-resolution screen, and NFC support, which does not come standard on all competing...
bright, high-resolution screen, fast Wi-Fi, good call quality, no PWM, barely any heat development
weak performance, very basic case, 4G support limited to the most common frequencies
That’s the biggest blow against this phone, but its secondary cameras and its performance aren’t up to much either. Then again, it has a good primary camera, above average battery life, and a reasonable screen.
Very affordable, Good main camera, Above average battery life
Doesn't have 5G, Sluggish performance, Weak secondary cameras
Just how much more do you get for an extra $70?...
If you want a Samsung phone on a budget, the A13 is certainly affordable, but you’ll need to live with sluggish performance.
Decent main camera, Cheap, Headphone jack
Dismal performance, No charger included, No 5G
The Galaxy A13 5G doesn’t offer much in the way of surprises, good or bad. For $249, it’s a reliable device with good performance, healthy battery life, and a decent camera. None of this comes as a surprise because Samsung makes a lot of these kinds of phones, and it’s something the company is very...
5G connectivity, including C-band on AT&T, Good battery life, Healthy overall performance
Low-res screen, Basic camera setup, Only 64GB built-in storage
Besides its very appealing price, the Samsung Galaxy A13 only manages to be 'good enough' in most of the areas that matter for a smartphone (from the camera to the battery life) – but for some users that's going to make it a tempting, value-for-money deal.
Doesn't cost much, Good build quality, Decent battery life
No 5G, Slow performance, No waterproofing
