RIGS Mechanized Combat League combines Mechs with E-Sports plus Virtual Reality!
RIGS is one of the first if not the first FPS on PS VR and it sets the bar sky high. Not only that, but in my opinion it is the best PS VR title available at this time and one of a very few that offer a long lasting experience which remains fun playing over time rather than a fun experience that you...
Have you ever looked at a sports arena, breathed a breath of disappointment and thought " what if? " What if this arena was specifically designed to house epic sporting events featuring robots piloted by humans competing for supremacy?
Looks nice; Easy to pick up; Lots to unlock; Nice variety of game modes; Fun in single player and online
Finding a fully populated online match takes time; May cause motion sickness for some; A lot to learn
If Rocket League and Titanfall had a baby, it'd be called RIGS Mechanized Combat League . Guerrilla Cambridge's latest offering is a PlayStation VR exclusive, and in our opinion it's probably the best launch title out now for the virtual reality headset; but that doesn't mean you should go running...
Really enjoyed my time with RIGS. I'm fairly prone to motion sickness in VR games, and I can happily say that I did not experience any in this game (with the comfort visor setting turned on). Looks amazing on the PS4 Pro as it truly makes you feel like you are in a giant mech and stadium.
My son loves playing this game great fun to play brill
This game should be a poster child for VR games, it's so fun, but the only thing I don't like about it is how you can only aim by moving your head. Unless I've missed something in the settings
This stylish sports shooter shows that traditional multiplayer games can work in VR, but it can't quite prove that they should.
The arena-based robot battles in 'Rigs: Mechanized Combat League' make it one of the most complete VR games you can play.
Fast; fun; easy to understand gameplay; High threshold for mastery; Rich array of online and solo gameplay options; More VR comfort concessions than most other games
Will depend on community for sustained play
With a great range of mechs and intense pick-up-and-play action, RIGS goes to show that PlayStation VR could be great for shooters. The lack of game modes makes it rather light on content, but overall it's a blast.
