I got the Razer Black Widow Ultimate Keyboard this past Christmas. It has helped me in multiple ways. To start the Cherry Blue switches are amazing! It has improved my typing speed and the mechanical keys take almost no force to press down.

Paying a premium for a keyboard is rare most of the time when you are assembling a PC , but once in a while a keyboard with the distinctive clickety-click sound comes along and is almost as expensive as a decent graphic card .

Even though it seems like the mechanical keyboard market has been blowing up. It might surprise some of you when you think about the fact that the mechanical keyboard switch market hasn't changed a bit.

In terms of design, there is little to say about the BlackWidow Ultimate, as the keyboard has essentially been around for years already. Razer refined it over time, adding one little upgrade after the other, the latest being their own Green switches.

The BlackWidow is a splendid spiritual successor to the many other keyboards I've owned throughout the years. Out of over a dozen that I've had the pleasure of using since the young age of 8, this mechanical jewel easily holds the most respect within my heart.
