I had a Plantronics for the first 10 years of my home office. Last year it failed and I replaced it with several low cost solutions until I couldnt stand it any more. I paid a little more, but everyone thinks the sound is awesome. Intall was a breeze.

Just what we needed, compared price with three other places, this was the best deal. Will order from them again.

I have enjoyed Plantronics for about 8 years and can't say enough about the quality of their products. I have several products and use them for my home-based business and enjoy using them all - the clarity is outstanding.

This phone is able to magnify my soft voice which is what I needed. On the right side it has two controls to amplify my voice. A high/low range switch and a dial. It is able to reduce a loud voice down as well.

Fantastic speedy service and value for money

I tried it out, and this device works very well. It has all the controls you will ever need. This is probably the best non-wireless headset out there. The Listen Volume Control dial is great, very adjustable incoming volume on this.

I could hear the clients fine. The problem is they could not hear me. I turn it up all the way and was told on several test calls that it sounded like I was whispering. Tested several times with the mick in different positions. When I turned it up just got more feedback sound. No improvement.
