Good for the price you pay.
Clear and works well. Pity that you have to pick the handset up to activate it, but it does work nicely.

The Comfortable Way to Talk
This is an excellent telephone headset system that makes attending telephone meetings much more pleasant.

Very satisfied
This phone is able to magnify my soft voice which is what I needed. On the right side it has two controls to amplify my voice. A high/low range switch and a dial. It is able to reduce a loud voice down as well.

Good Headset, very powerful microphone
I tried it out, and this device works very well. It has all the controls you will ever need. This is probably the best non-wireless headset out there. The Listen Volume Control dial is great, very adjustable incoming volume on this.
Pros:
- Adjustable volume for both the microphone as well as the receiver
Cons:
- The set-up
- having to plug the regular phone receiver into this device

Telephone Head Sets

over the ear, ear piece
The sound quality of this headset is very good; however, I prefer an over the ear headset. I've used one for several years from Plantronics until it served its time so to speak. This new unit was purchased less than a year ago. Within a couple of months the earpiece broke.

Alright
It sure beat my $20 dollar headset from walmart but I was expecting better background sound dampening.
Pros:
- All the features are nice, mute button, volume control etc
- The sound quality is nice
- The headset rest is a great touch
- Easy installation
Cons:
- I mainly bought this for the sound dampening qualities and in this regards I knock an egg off
- I work at as tech support and I work at home
- My customers can still here my cockatoo squawking downstairs and a room away
- The bird isn't that loud.
