over the ear, ear piece
The sound quality of this headset is very good; however, I prefer an over the ear headset. I've used one for several years from Plantronics until it served its time so to speak. This new unit was purchased less than a year ago. Within a couple of months the earpiece broke.

Great product
Great product, excellent on the noise filtering. Comfortable and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking a good head set.

I'm glad I went with this headset. The only thing I didn't understand was it came with an extra part that wasn't explained but aside from that I would recommend this to ppl who have to purchase and who works from home.

Mike does not work well.
I could hear the clients fine. The problem is they could not hear me. I turn it up all the way and was told on several test calls that it sounded like I was whispering. Tested several times with the mick in different positions. When I turned it up just got more feedback sound. No improvement.

Alright
It sure beat my $20 dollar headset from walmart but I was expecting better background sound dampening.
Pros:
- All the features are nice, mute button, volume control etc
- The sound quality is nice
- The headset rest is a great touch
- Easy installation
Cons:
- I mainly bought this for the sound dampening qualities and in this regards I knock an egg off
- I work at as tech support and I work at home
- My customers can still here my cockatoo squawking downstairs and a room away
- The bird isn't that loud.

Great if you don't want to walk around
This is a really great headset if you will be sitting at your desk and using it. It it NOT for people who want to walk around while on the phone. That is a big disadvantage. If you need to get up to get something while on the phone, you have to take the headset off.

It's ok
I'm really not happy with my headset since the connection from the phone to the device is so short, and that I am connect to the phone. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong headset, my last one was wireless and this on has a cord that doesn't allow me to live my work space.

Not hands free
I returned this product immediately. It says "hands free" however, it's not. You have to lift the phone from the cradle when you answer, therefore, you're tethered to your desk. I consider "hands free" being mobile to move freely around office, pressing the button on the ear piece to answer and...
