"Great Headset"
Pioneer HDJ-2000 Reference DJ Headphones are great. I was really impressed. It was a toss up between the Pioneer's and the top of the line Beats by Dre headset. I was really leaning towards the Beats by Dre headset, but I had to think about that choice, because everyone wants the beat by Dre set.

Very good. One of my favourites
I used these ones for 4 months and i really enjoyed them. The sound quality is perfect and the are pretty loud. These headphones are for specific music styles as: Techno, Hip Hop, Mostly electro music. If you listen to classical music or any kind of rock- these pair of headphones is not for you.

Sucks!
This is terrible! They break so easily and are cheaply made. They sound like crap. My $10 headphones sounded better than these. They look huge and stupid. Plane and simple do not buy them!!

The top plastic is turning Orange within 1 month
I bought it 1 month ago and first of all the quality of the material is not good at all, the worst part is the top plastic part where the brand name is, right now all the borders on that plastic is turning Orange and I guaranty that I take good care of my Hdj2000, I dont know if is coming from

Summary Pioneer had quite a headphone legacy to follow up, but they absolutely nailed it with the HDJ-2000s. The quality is outstanding, from the buildand comfort, right up to the audio.

Review of Pioneer HDJ-2000
If you attentively look around in the street and underground you will notice that every autumn music fans start putting their monitor headphones on when the heat is over. These people are many and they genuinely enjoy big (and at times very big) headphones despite all associated inconvenience.

The Pioneer HDJ-2000 Headphone
It's not often one finds a headphone that ticks all the boxes quite so well as the Pioneer HDJ-2000. It's a bit pricy, to be sure, but the look, feel, and sound makes for a general purpose headphone I could live with for a long time quite happily.
