Oppo R9 Plus
It seems that these days one of the worst insults you can deliver to a phone is that it looks like an iPhone. My colleague Aloysius Low called out the smaller size Oppo R9 for this, as did Daniel Van Boom on the Meizu Pro 6 .
Pros:
- For a moderate cost
- the Oppo R9 Plus give a surprising high level of power and a battery level to match
Cons:
- The design isn't going to win any awards for originality and it's not a pure Android experience

OPPO R9 Plus - Big screen, big battery
In my review of OPPO's R9 midrange smartphone , I found it represented great value; it's affordable, attractive, and run wells. Unsurprisingly, the R9 Plus is more of the same, but with a bigger screen and an ever-so-slightly better camera.
Pros:
- Great value
- Polished (if unoriginal) design
- Fantastic battery life
Cons:
- Camera good
- but not great
- ColorOS isn't great
- and is based on an old version of Android
- Will be too big for some

OPPO R9 Plus Review – Bigger and Better?
OPPO R9 Plus is a great smartphone for content consumption, thanks to its gorgeous 6″ screen with thin bezel and huge battery to last more than a day. The cameras (both front and rear) take great shots assuming you have a good amount of light.
