I'm very Impressed.
Moved from an Xperia Z2 to this phone. Both use the Snapdragon 801 and yet the oneplus X is much faster and smoother. It's literally stock android with some settings for a dark themes and what not. That feel in the hand. It's such a cool phone. It's so well made.
Pros:
- Price
- Build Quality
- Screen
- Smooth stock UI

The device was sent with a modified O. S. image full of malware and pre installed software not found in the official image. I had to download the image from oneplus website and flash the device again. The device works correctly though.

There were no smartphones in the $250 price margin which have solid construction and snappy performance. The market is still filled with plasticy smartphones that lack aesthetics.
Pros:
- Stunning construction Light weight Regular updates Long battery life No UI skins to bloat the OS Inexpensive Beautiful AMOLED screen
Cons:
- Average camera sensor Low light performance is not that great Slight heating while heavy games are being played No NFC and 5GHz WiFi band No fingerprint scanner Invite system Almost non-existent customer support

OnePlus X Smartphone Review
OnePlus' X is actually a well-configured mid-range smartphone at a fair price. However, it is combined with a bitter aftertaste seeing that the former OnePlus One high-end smartphone is superior to the X model in all aspects but its 64 GB version only cost 30 Euros (~$32) more.
Pros:
- stylish design
- fast SoC
- expandable storage
- decent speaker
- good battery life
Cons:
- sleek surface
- card tray stiff-running with card
- no USB Type C
- no NFC
- sluggish micro-SD slot
- no 64 bit SoC

An Actual Smartphone !
This phone is the best budget phone of the 2015. And in terms of looks no one can beat it ever. It has Glasses on the front and the back which is the Very Premium Build. Performance is top notch. Best in Class. No heating issues in normal usage. Battery life is average not so good but average.

Priced at just $250, a premium body and good internals make the OnePlus X quite a steal. Of course, OnePlus' infamous invite system does return, but small windows for open sales will be available, before gradually becoming free from requiring any invitations.
Pros:
- - Sleek
- accessible design - AMOLED display leveraged well via Dark Mode and Ambient Display - Performance still reliable
- even if not blazing fast - Return to microUSB port
- at least for now - Battery above average - Expandable storage - Great price
- makes it accessible for just about anyone
Cons:
- - Snapdragon 801 really showing its age - Lack of NFC
- wireless charging
- fast charging - Camera is inconsistent
- especially video - Software still needs polish
- somewhat buggy - Lack of LTE bands makes phone not futureproof in US

OnePlus X Review
If you're looking to buy a cheap phone off-contract, and you're willing to wait a bit to get an invite, definitely buy this phone. It has the best specs for its price range, and it's an extremely well-built device.
