The OnePlus 8T doesn’t change the game – particularly if you bought OnePlus 8 – but it is another great handset from the brand, with a stunning display, a unique look, good battery life and a camera that impresses. If you’re looking for a handset that’s a touch cheaper than most top-end phones, but still offers plenty of premium features, you’ve found it.

OnePlus has done it again: a superb smartphone at a very appealing price point. Although it has one or two weaknesses, and doesn't improve on its predecessors in any major way, the all-round package of the OnePlus 8T (and its retail price) mean that this is a winner.

OnePlus 8T is a terrific addition to the cluttered upper mid-range market, taking on Google and Samsung at every turn. While it may not be a OnePlus 8T Pro, the 8T still offers stunning performance and strong value for money.

The OnePlus 8T arrives at a time where companies are taking steps back from $1,000+ phones and giving customers new options that aren’t missing much in the $700 price range. This is an area of the market that OnePlus has long been a part of, only they didn’t have much competition in the past...

The OnePlus 8T is yet another top-spec, very well-priced, excellent phone from the Chinese smartphone brand. It has a great 120Hz screen, good build, attractive design, the very best of performance, good battery life, 5G, dual-sim and a good set of cameras.

The OnePlus 8T is a good upgrade for all OnePlus users who are on phones that came before the OnePlus 7. In fact, I won’t be surprised if OnePlus 8 buyers feel a bit shortchanged after this one because it is, by all means, a better phone, coming just months after they got theirs.
