Easier to live with than the OnePlus 7 Pro...

★★★★★ 5.0
Verdict: I initially purchased the OnePlus 7 Pro but found it very difficult to live with. It's top-heavy, the curved screen reflects and distorts light and the form factor is just generally uncomfortable. I swapped it for a OnePlus 7 and this simpler, more robust design hits the mark.

★★★★ 4.0

OnePlus 7 review

Verdict: The OnePlus 7 is closer to a 6T with a specs bump than it is to the all-new 7 Pro, but that's really no bad thing. Here's our full review

OnePlus 7 Smartphone: Phone with dual-camera setup in review

★★★★ 4.0
Verdict: The OnePlus 7 is a little bit more down-to-earth than the OnePlus 7 Pro: It seems like it wouldn't need any big changes at all compared to its predecessor. This is true, the OnePlus 6T was already a very good smartphone and the successor offers even more in many aspects: A slightly longer battery...
Pros: great battery life, very fast charging, bright, contrast-rich display, stylish design, very smooth operation and gaming, doesn't throttle, several LTE bands, good stereo speakers, very fast storage
Cons: weak telephoto lens like with the predecessor, comparatively slow Wi-Fi, makes creaking noises when twisted, no IP certification

OnePlus 7 review: Evolution, not revolution

★★★★★ 4.5
Verdict: By launching at the same time as the impressive OnePlus 7 Pro, the standard OnePlus 7 has been seen as a sort-of "lite" phone. It's the device that barely got any mention at the launch and hasn't been talked about much since. But don't let that fool you into thinking it's a bad phone.
Pros: Very good value for money, Fast and fluid performance, Solid build and premium design, Stereo sound is improved
Cons: Not much has changed since the 6T, No wireless charging, No official IP rating

OnePlus 7 8GB 256GB

★★★★★
Verdict: OnePlus launched its 7th-gen smartphone - OnePlus 7 along with its Pro version a few weeks back. In an attempt to retain the mid-range flagship position, the company launched it at a price of Rs. 32,999.
Pros: Competitive pricing, Stereo speakers, In-display fingerprint scanner is better, Smooth performance
Cons: Same old design, Average low-light camera performance

OnePlus 7T Review: Putting $999 Phones To Shame

★★★★★ 5.0
Verdict: Contrary to popular belief, the OnePlus 7T is actually a successor to the OnePlus 7. Which never made its way over to the US. So many are comparing it to the OnePlus 7 Pro that did come to the US, and it compares pretty well. The price is very similar to the OnePlus 7 Pro, only about $70 difference.
Pros: Impressive design for a sub-$600 smartphone, Incredible performance, Great battery life, Oxygen OS 10 is amazing, Android 10 out of the box, Great value for the money, Smaller and easier to handle than the OnePlus 7 Pro
Cons: No wireless charging, No IP rating for waterproofing, Camera could use some work, No expandable storage, No "upgraded" models (just one version in the US

OnePlus 7 review

★★★★ 4.2
Verdict: With OnePlus moving to a two smartphone approach this year and delivering a Pro flagship with a bunch of the company and market firsts it was super easy to overlook the way more conservative OnePlus 7.
Pros: Great OLED screen, Top notch under-display fingerprint performance, Decently sounding stereo speakers with very good loudness, Excellent battery life, Excellent main camera, Bloat-free, stock-looking and snappy Android experience utilizing the rare UFS 3.0 storage, 20W charging speed is better than...

OnePlus 7 Review – A Whole Lotta Phone For £500

★★★★★ 5.0
Verdict: Sure, the OnePlus 7 is more conventional and doesn't try to dazzle with technical gimmicks, but it's also one of the most powerful phones you can buy for under £500
Pros: Great screen, Good design, Amazing value
Cons: No wireless charging, Outclassed by the OnePlus 7 Pro

OnePlus 7 review: designed to make you want the OnePlus 7 Pro

★★★★ 4.0
Verdict: OnePlus pulled some sleight of hand with its naming of the OnePlus 7 series. It announced the 7 Pro like it's the new addition to the lineup - and that is indeed a phone full of new things - but the novelty for OnePlus' strategy is that the company is now doing an Apple-esque upcycling of older...
Pros: Good ergonomics for a large phone, Buttery-smooth performance, Pretty display, Strong battery life
Cons: No wireless charging or waterproofing, Faces tough competition from Google's Pixel 3A, Mirror finish is a fingerprint nightmare, Camera bump is annoyingly prominent

OnePlus 7 review: designed to tease you into a Pro model

★★★★ 4.0
Verdict: This year for the first time, OnePlus presented not one but two smartphones. While other manufacturers have been offering Plus or Pro models for some time, this is new ground for the Chinese manufacturer.
Pros: Good build quality, Strong performance, Very reliable fingerprint scanner, Fast software, close to stock Android, DND (do not disturb) slider
Cons: No wireless charging, No IP certification, No Warp Charge

OnePlus 7

★★★★ 4.2
Verdict: The OnePlus 7 is either a more affordable, less exciting OnePlus 7 Pro ( $700 at T-Mobile USA ) , or a souped-up OnePlus 6T ( $579 at Amazon ) , depending on how you look at it. At £549 in the UK (with 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage, as reviewed), it sits below the £699-equivalent 7 Pro, and a touch...
Pros: The OnePlus 7 shares the Pro's powerful processor, has a great battery life and comes with a more affordable price tag
Cons: Its lack of a pop-up selfie camera and additional wide-angle lens means it's more of a marginal upgrade over last year's OnePlus 6T than a variant of the OnePlus 7 Pro. There's no expandable storage or headphone jack, either

OnePlus 7 review: A superb update to the 6T and still the best value smartphone around

★★★★★
Verdict: In a long-expected move, OnePlus launched a more premium device earlier this month with a more premium price tag to boot. US consumers were presented the OnePlus 7 Pro as the only option for a brand-new OnePlus phone, but other markets have also been treated a with a cheaper alternative.
Pros: Performance It's buttery smooth and incredibly speedy, just as advertised, Design and build The waterdrop cutout is still relatively inconspicuous and the fit and finish throughout are top notch.
Cons: Cameras, again Processing is still not on par with the best in the business, and with only two rear cameras, you don't get the same versatility as the 7 Pro or even competitors in a similar price bracket like the Xiaomi Mi 9 and Honor 20 Pro, Design, again A glass back without wireless charging is...

OnePlus 7 Review: Maintaining the "Affordable Flagship" Legacy

OnePlus 7 Review: One Hell Of A Great Flagship

★★★★★
Verdict: If you hesitated to drop the cash for the OnePlus 7 Pro because of the price, you might be better served by its cheaper sibling. The OP7 might not have that same silky-smooth display, pop-up camera and has fewer cameras, but that doesn't change the fact that the phone is a great performer on its...

OnePlus 7 review: The champion of cheap and cheerful

★★★★ 4.0
Verdict: So, you won't get a special camera that pops out of the top like the OnePlus 7 Pro, or one with a privacy invading super-zoom like the P30 Pro, but if you buy the OnePlus 7 (for the bargain price of £499 exc VAT at time of review), you'll have almost everything else that other top brands have.
Pros: Cheap, Long battery life, Snappy processor
Cons: Uninspiring design, No IP rating

OnePlus 7 review: absolutely brilliant, but not for everyone

★★★★★ 5.0
Verdict: OnePlus 7 is an incremental upgrade to the flagship OnePlus 6T that launched in October last year. The OnePlus 7 is designed for those who don't fancy coughing up for the all-singing, all-dancing OnePlus 7 Pro or its 5G-enabled counterpart , which start from £649 – the highest price ever commanded...
Pros: It's impossibly fast, In-screen fingerprint scanner is fast, futuristic, Camera is solid, Fast-charger in the box
Cons: Screen is fine, but not the best, No water resistance, No 3.5mm headphone port

OnePlus 7 review

★★★★★
Verdict: The OnePlus 7 is a dependable, affordable flagship smartphone, but if you're looking for fancy 2019 features you won't find them here. It's got high-end power and in-display fingerprint scanner, but borrows a lot from its predecessor.
Pros: Latest power under the hood, Premium features for less, Solid battery life
Cons: Very similar to OnePlus 6T, Overshadowed by OnePlus 7 Pro, No microSD, headphone jack

OnePlus 7 review: Overshadowed but not outdone

★★★★ 4.0
Verdict: Despite its problems, and the fact that OnePlus hasn't updated the physical design of the phone, the OnePlus 7 still possesses all the credentials to compete with the best-value phones on the market.
Pros: Speedy performance, Better value for money than OnePlus 7 Pro
Cons: Similar to OnePlus 6T in many instances, Lacks IP rating and a 3.5mm headphone jack

OnePlus 7 8GB 256GB

★★★★★
Verdict: , but the company hasn't forgotten its roots in providing high-end phones at mid-range prices. Case in point, the new OnePlus 7. Coming in at the same price as its predecessor, some £499, the OnePlus 7 is basically a refresh of the Pop a OnePlus 7 next to a 6T and you'll struggle to notice any...
Pros: Blisteringly quick performance, lovely design, same price as the 6T
Cons: Rear cameras aren't as good as we'd like, only Mirror Black finish is available

OnePlus 7

★★★★★
Verdict: The OnePlus 7 Pro might be getting all the hype, but it's not the only phone the Chinese company has announced today. The regular OnePlus 7 is also now official and it's looking to entice buyers who are still rocking a OnePlus 3, 3T or 5.

OnePlus 7 8GB 256GB

★★★★ 4.0
Verdict: OnePlus has been a disruptor in the smartphone market right since the launch of the OnePlus One . The company has consistently launched powerful smartphones with top-of-the-line hardware at relatively affordable prices.
Pros: Good, Excellent performance, All-day battery life, Loud stereo speakers
Cons: Bad, Below-average low-light camera performance, Inconsistent focus in portraits and macros, Poor low-light video stabilisation

OnePlus 7 review

★★★★★
Verdict: You could do a lot worse than the OnePlus 7. It's beautifully put together, delivers stacks of power and is a competent performer across the board. Some other phones that cost less have better cameras, though, the Pixel 3C being the current king on that front.
Pros: Great screen, Premium design, Powerful internals
Cons: It's a OnePlus 6T refresh, Good, not great camera, Sharp, pronounced camera bump

OnePlus 7, hands on: Worthy 6T upgrade faces stiffer competition

★★★★★
Verdict: Flagship-class handsets from OnePlus are often referred to as 'the one to beat', but how should the company develop its smartphone range Is the pressure to push on hard, innovate, and maybe drop the ball, or to come out with an update that keeps pace with technology trends in an incremental and...
