OnePlus 3T mini-review: A great phone gets a bigger battery and price tag
Well that went quickly-the OnePlus 3 was a great phone, and when you don't change much, there isn't much to talk about. We doubt anyone would notice the camera and performance changes between the 3 and the 3T, so at the end of the day, you're really paying $40 for more battery life.
Pros:
- $439 for a 64GB phone is a fantastic price
- The aluminum unibody is still great
- Speedy SoC (a Snapdragon 821) and surprisingly speedy storage

- It still has all the right extras: a fast

Cons:
- No MicroSD slot
- Slow monthly and major Android updates
- If you're going to upgrade a camera

Review Update: OnePlus 3T
Looking to pick up a top-end flagship phone without spending in upwards of $600 or more Want the latest in mobile chipsets and the performance that goes with it, but don't want to break the bank

OnePlus is one of the only few companies which has made its mark in the smartphone industry in such a short span of time. The company entered the smartphone industry with the OnePlus One back in 2014 and since then it has always been a positive upward slope for the company.

It's not even 6 months since the launch of OnePlus 3, the Chinese manufacturer has announced OnePlus 3T, so-called ‘an upgraded OnePlus 3'. OnePlus 3 is no doubt the perfect smartphone of the year for its price but it is now evolved into OnePlus 3T.

So where does the OnePlus 3T stand? As a rather quick successor of the OnePlus 3, it does a decent job – we would actually feel more comfortable calling it the OnePlus 3 Plus rather than the OnePlus 3T.
