Arrived with cracked screen and dented rear plate. Not in original packaging. Sending it back (oh - and I have to pay return postage for the pleasure). I should have heeded other reviewers' warnings - be careful dealing with this outfit.

Nokia E72 Review
Nokia's E72 teases with a design that would make most BlackBerry owners drool and dated software that made us cringe.
Pros:
- Extremely attractive design
- BMW build quality
- Rock-solid voice quality and reception
- Fast-loading browser
- Above-average camera
- Responsive navigation
Cons:
- Antiquated S60 interface
- Optical trackpad not useful
- Awkward camera bulge
- Clumsy browser
- Hard-to-use microSD slot

Not A Bad Business Phone
The nokia e series phones are fantastic. This is also great. Very comfortable keypad. The screen is small though. The apps are limited. The Ui is oudated. Pricing is average. But very durable phone.

Nokia E72
If you really need a business phone, there´s currently nothing better on the market. Nokia impressed with the E71, as fantastic sales proved. But the E72 blows the competition away on just about every count. Sleek, great to handle, impressive performance and upgradeability: it´s got it all.

Nokia E72 (Unlocked)
One of the reasons I love my job is because there's no single answer to "what phone should I get?" The best phone for me may be different from our Editor's Choice, which may be different from what's best for you.
Pros:
- Very elegant
- Good call quality
- Excellent e-mail capabilities
- Free, global GPS navigation
Cons:
- Fuzzy photos
- Not a very high-res screen
- Ovi App store is a mess
