Nokia 3.4 Anzo Blue TA-1283 review

Here comes the Nokia 3.4 smartphone. Another budget Nokia series rocking the budget family. The smartphone maintains a decent body design with good cameras setup and also a large display size. As usual, Nokia 3.4 is not looking bad at all.

Nokia 3.4 Anzo Blue TA-1283 review

The Nokia 3.4 is a cheap phone with a battery that should last two days for many, along with clean software and the promise of updates. But limited RAM makes it run slower than we’d like, and as such it's hard to fully recommend even at its low price.
Pros:
  • Long battery life
  • Low price
  • Clean Android One software
Cons:
  • Poor performance
  • Weak speaker
  • Mediocre cameras

Nokia 3.4 Anzo Blue TA-1283 review

At a RRP of $249 though, it would be worthy of consideration for people who just need a communication device without all the bells and whistles, or the encumbrances of an expensive contract.

Nokia 3.4 Smartphone Review - Lightweight, Colorful Nokia Phone

Nokia's 3.4 looks chic, is not too heavy for its size, and comes with a certain future-proofing with... Dazzling performer. Nokia's 3.4 wants to stir up the lower mid-range with a brand-new interior and triple camera. Strong competitors face the Chinese-Finnish phone, but the smartphone can actually convince in some points.
Pros:
  • Android One
  • quite a lot of performance
  • decent runtimes
  • good sound
Cons:
  • blurred camera images
  • outdated security patches
  • strong heating under load

Nokia 3.4 Anzo Blue TA-1283 review

Now let’s talk about the price. The Nokia 3.4 is priced at PHP 7,990 , and honestly, we think it’s a good phone but too steep for its league. We still stand by our word that there are better-specced smartphones at this price range, but hey, it’s Nokia.

Random restarts and unable to send/receive picture messages

I was after a basic phone and wanted to avoid the giants, like Google, Apple, and Samsung. Unfortunately, being an Android phone it is embedded with Google apps and features. Thankfully, most are removable. The phone works fine, I like the interface, and for the most part it is good value for money. However I have two major issues One is that the phone randomly restarts every now and then, and despite being on silent at the time, it plays the Nokia tone loudly on restart. The second is that the phone is unable to send or receive picture messages. I have researched extensively to find a resolution and neither Nokia support or my network provider have been able to resolve the issue. As far as the Good Guys go, the phone is a competitive price and was promptly delivered. Having readily available product support to assist with resolving my issues is the only improvement that I could suggest.
