Nintendo Switch
It switches like magic! One second, you're using Nintendo Switch as a home console, and the next you're taking it with you as a portable system. It's totally awesome no matter which way you use it.
HD to handheld
When used as a home console, the Nintendo Switch lets you play a great range of cool games in immersive HD. If you wish to use it in handheld mode, the experience is still pretty stunning thanks to a multi-touch capacitive touch screen which can display a resolution of 1280 x 720.
The joy of Joy-Con
The Joy-Con controllers really give Nintendo Switch an edge on similar gaming devices. One of the best features is HD Rumble; imagine your Joy-Con is a glass. With HD rumble, you'll feel the difference as you add ice cubes and pour water into the glass. This sense of touch goes way beyond the normal vibrations you might have experienced in other controllers. Meanwhile the IR Motion Camera can detect shape, movement, and the distance of objects captured by the camera, adding an extra thrill to your gameplay.
A word to the grownups
Parental controls on Nintendo Switch allows you to manage how your family interacts with the device.
Hours of fun
Excellent battery life means the fun can last for more than six hours, depending on software and usage conditions. For example, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild can be played for about three hours on one charge.
A mountain of memory
There's plenty of memory to play with here. 32GB of internal memory, while storage space can be extended by simply using microSDHC or microSDXC cards.

TheGoodGuys sucks
Never buy any product from good guys. Their website has lots of defects. The order you placed will be cancelled by their team and you will not informed until you enquire about the status of delivery. The customer care team also never responds to your email. God bless theGoodguys. Stay away from it.
Nintendo Switch review: the BigN knocks it out of the park with its innovative new console/tablet hybrid
So the Nintendo Switch has now been out for over a month and the dust is settling so to speak after one hell of a launch. Indeed, the Nintendo Switch proved to be so popular that Nintendo has had to double the production run on the new console to keep up with demand, with gamers falling over...- Innovative design
- Premium look and feel
- Attractive price point
- Not as powerful as PS4 or Xbox One
- Third party support is
- right now
- largely an unknown quantity
Nintendo Switch Console - Grey SWITCH GREY XKW review
The unique TV-or-mobile gaming proposition of the Nintendo Switch is now matched by a stellar library of games, including instant-classics like new Zelda and Mario titles.- The Nintendo Switch is a versatile hybrid game console that easily pivots between a big-screen TV and on-the-go portable
- The initially slim game library now includes a good mixture of must-have Nintendo franchise exclusives, indie titles and even some decent PC ports.
- No Virtual Console (yet) means no access to decades worth of classic Nintendo games
- The screen feels small during tabletop sessions
- Online multiplayer requires matchmaking on a smartphone app, and Hulu is the only entertainment app.
The Switch fixes all of the mistakes of the Wii U and doubles-down on that system's best feature. But there are still plenty of issues and unanswered questions that leave us worried.
- Innovative hardware
- Being able to play your games anywhere is unique
- A huge step up from the Wii U
- So-so battery life
- Screen doesn't work well outside
- Still waiting on more features
- Expensive accessories
Nintendo Switch
Nintendo is taking a bold step with its latest game system. The $299 Switch is effectively a total replacement for the Wii U console, but it also can be used as a handheld like the 3DS.- Attractive, innovative design
- Solid build quality
- Joy-Cons feel comfortable to use in multiple configurations
- Short battery life
- Flimsy kickstand
Nintendo dares. No other hardware manufacturer takes the kind of risks Nintendo so often does. Whether or not it ultimately pays off is no reason to ridicule a philosophy that may not have served the company well in recent history, but which did make them a household name.

The Switch Could Turn You On
Nintendo Switch Review – Revolutionary Piece of Innovative Hardware
The Nintendo Switch is finally here. After what felt like ages speculating as to what Nintendo's codename NX was, it feels almost surreal to finally hold what is undoubtedly Nintendo's coolest piece of hardware yet.- True console gaming on the go
- Innovative modular design
- Joy-Cons feel great
- Clean and simple UI
- Connectivity issues with left Joy-Con
- Lack of features out of the box
Nintendo Switch review: Return of the king?
There is always plenty of attention afforded a new games console launch, not least when it has Nintendo slapped across the front. But after the relative failure of the Wii U, it seems there are more eyes on the company's new machine - the Nintendo Switch - than ever before.- Joy-Cons are versatile and well-built
- easy to dock
- handheld mode works well
- up to 1080p 60fps graphics
- you don't need the pricey accessories
- Only 32GB without microSD card
- no game in the box
- no media streaming apps at launch
- limited launch line-up
Nintendo Switch review: a brave and fascinating new console
Nintendo remains a puzzling phenomenon for a lot of modern gamers. The company never makes powerful consoles, or cool consoles; it never pushes the processing envelope, and it always seems a little eccentric when it comes to online infrastructure.
