Netgear WNDR3700 4 Port Gigabit Wireless N Dual Band Router
Easy setup. It performs great. Adore the guest network. Fantastic variety. None that I've located. Not exactly a con but its additional high priced than other routers, but you get what you pay for. Can definitely get this one and not need to have another router for a long although.

radio death still?
The WNDR3700's were plagued with the 2.4ghz radio death, seems like they didn't fix it in the WNDR3800. Just after a year the router just locked up, rebooted, now you have to stand right next to it to get any kind of signal.
Pros:
- Can load 3rd party firmware
- run a RAID NAS
Cons:
- 2.4ghz radio death.
- really

Netgear WNDR3700 review
Netgear's 4-port gigabit, simultaneous dual-band Netgear WNDR3700 wireless router proved a joy to use. It was stable and glitch-free, with easy media serving. However, bliss only commenced after setup and configuration.

Firmware bugs and continental plugs
Ordered this item from Avides. However, what is not clear is that the company is German based and they only supply the unit with continental style plugs, not the UK one. As the Netgear router plug incorporates the transformer you can't cut it off and replace with a UK plug!

Netgear WNDR3800 Premium Edition
The WNDR3800 was a little fickle with our test chipsets, affecting our wireless performance results. Still, for the price range it's a decent router, and it should fulfil most needs.
Pros:
- Gigabit Ethernet and WAN
- IPv6 support
- Good parental filtering tools
- A good range of features
Cons:
- 5GHz performance could be better
- Some Intel 6300N compatibility issues
- Long waits between settings changes

Working very well
I recently set up a new wireless network for the first time. I had purchased a wireless router system to steam video but had continual drop outs and freeze issues. This purchase was to replace the previous system. Out of the box this system has performed flawlessly.
Pros:
- easy setup

WNDR3800 but with extra features like Netgear's "Clear Channel Selector" which locates less crowded wifi channels in your area, "ReadySHARE Cloud" to access and share files on an attached USB hard drive anywhere you have an Internet connection, iPhone & Android apps and more.
