Netgear WNDR3700 review
Netgear's WNDR3700 is an expensive wireless router with some enticing features, including dual-band wireless networking, a USB port that lets you use the router as a network storage device and a wireless guest network, so visitors can access the internet but not the rest of your network.

Working very well
I recently set up a new wireless network for the first time. I had purchased a wireless router system to steam video but had continual drop outs and freeze issues. This purchase was to replace the previous system. Out of the box this system has performed flawlessly.
Pros:
- easy setup

Netgear Takes the Title
This is the first consumer router I can unambiguously recommend to anyone. Short of business-class Cisco gear that will cost you 10x more, there is currently nothing better.
Pros:
- Best-in-class quality. Dual-band N, top-end CPU, RAM
- if this router doesn't work, nothing will
Cons:
- Current DD-WRT builds are buggy on this hardware
- for once, run stock for better results

Firmware bugs and continental plugs
Ordered this item from Avides. However, what is not clear is that the company is German based and they only supply the unit with continental style plugs, not the UK one. As the Netgear router plug incorporates the transformer you can't cut it off and replace with a UK plug!
