I have been using this modem for a week now and it is awesome the ability for it to automatically set things for you is great for those who are not Knowledgeable. The customisation options for those in the know is also excellent so I feel there is a great balance between the two.

August last year saw us looking at the Netgear Nighthawk XR500 Gaming Router , while it impressed us, the large pricetag and the lack of some basic features as well as shockingly bad build quality did leave a bit of a bad taste.

This router works great for gaming, I use PS4 and Xbox and was always frustrated playing online games like call of duty , dieing every 10 seconds , shooting other players who then turn around and finish me off. Not anymore.
