Tastes like the cardboard that a chocolate bar would be wrapped in. Bag is cool, with the velcro seal, but man does it taste weird. I've had to mix a pot of coffee in with it to make it almost enjoyable.

Really solid protein powder

So as many people who are looking at these reviews may be, I'm only recently getting seriously into lifting. This protein powder mixes fairly well, has a nice taste especially when used with milk, and generally makes meeting your protein needs much easier. It has helped me along with intense training and strict diet including this supplement to become noticeably fitter and stronger in the 3 weeks I've been using it

Not what it seems

Not all proteins are created equal. While this stuff looks great on a per serve value assessment. It has a lot of Nitrogen added (which helps boost the protein amounts), which is why this stuff will have you sleeping in the spare room. Your body can't use a lot of the ‘protein’ for muscle repair and growth. Better to spend more on a quality protein such as Cellucor Whey or Gold Standard, have less servings but more quality protein. I used to love this stuff and get through a couple of bags a month. It tastes great, mixes well and reads great on the packet…but with protein you get what you pay for.

The taste is amazing. The only bad thing about this protein powder is that it's a bit harder to mix but definitely not as hard as other products I've tried. Overall very good

This is another great supplement for your body pre work out, during or after an intense session. Tastes really good and helps recovery too. Add 2 or 4 scoops in 1 litre of cold water, shake or blend, and sludge it back. This product is the best thing money can buy.
