Motorola Moto X4 Android One review: a Nexus by any other name

No reviews
Verdict: Google's Pixel smartphones, which effectively replaced the Nexus line, have received critical acclaim for their design, performance, and mostly, their cameras. But that acclaim has come at a price: the Pixel phones start at $649 and can cost almost $1,000, depending on configurations.

Review: Motorola Moto X4

4.0
Verdict: The original Moto X should hold a special place in smartphone history. It wasn't the most powerful device, and the camera struggled, but it was the first major phone with contextual awareness baked in, giving you a hands-free assistant with voice recognition.
Pros: Half the price of a Galaxy S8. Sleek design and useful special features, like Moto Actions and Bluetooth speaker networking. Battery life is solid. IP68 waterproofing. 16-megapixel selfies rock
Cons: Occasional lag and the usual Android update woes (unless you buy the Android One version). 32GB of storage will fill up fast. Rear cameras are slow

Motorola Moto X4

4.0
Verdict: The Moto X4 is close in price to the U11 Life, but gives you more for the money. While both phones have similar levels of overall performance and solid features, the X4 pulls ahead due to its superior camera capabilities, broader carrier compatibility, and longer-lasting battery.
Pros: Attractive, waterproof design. Solid specs. Dual-sensor camera setup. Great battery life. Amazon Alexa enabled. Comprehensive network banding
Cons: Picks up smudges easily

Motorola Moto X4 Dual 64GB

Verdict: Moto X4 returns in a new elegant look and waterproof design. We have been hearing a lot from the Moto G and Moto Z series this year. After a long time, Motorola is back with the Moto X series in India.

Motorola Moto X4

4.0
Verdict: Motorola's high-end phones pack punch, but entry-level and midprice Android devices are where this phonemaker really shines. With the Moto X4, the company has another midrange winner that gives you some pretty great hardware and software tricks for a reasonable price (see below, it gets a bit...
Pros: The Moto X4 is water-resistant, has NFC, expandable memory and dual rear cameras. Motorola's variant comes with tons of useful software tricks
Cons: The phone's camera is slow to launch and snap photos. Its wide-angle camera warps straight lines too severely

Motorola Moto X4 Review

Verdict: Lenovo's Motorola has plenty of mid-range offerings this year which includes the Moto Z2 Play and the Moto G5S Plus . Then before the year ended, they launched in the Philippines a new device packing a 5.2-inch Full HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 chipset, 4GB RAM, and dual rear cameras.
Pros: * Premium build, * Water and dust resistant, * Almost stock Android Nougat with upcoming Oreo update, * Good display, * Good performance, * Above average battery life

Motorola Moto X4 Smartphone Review

3.8
Verdict: Motorola has introduced a stylish, high-quality midrange smartphone to the market that surprises with several new ideas, as is common for Motorola: It is rather innovative that the user can create a Bluetooth sound system out of several speakers via 5 GHz Wi-Fi and that the user is supported by not...
Pros: very stable case, stylish design, dedicated 3.5-mm audio port, fingerprint sensor usable for menu navigation, multiple voice assistants on demand, fast Wi-Fi, precise GPS, decent voice quality, sharp camera pictures under good lighting conditions, hardly warms up, good speaker, good battery life
Cons: backside susceptible to dirt, microphone slightly distorted, mediocre camera brightness under low-light conditions, display has a blue tint

Motorola Moto X4 review: X in name only

4.0
Verdict: For quite some time now, the Moto X series has been neglected by Lenovo and Motorola, in fact for a while no new models have been seen. Motorola's X factor returns to the limelight, however, and it does so with the Moto X4, which celebrated its debut at the IFA 2017.
Pros: Design, Flash in the front camera, Fast charging, Bluetooth with Tempow technology, Moto display and Moto actions
Cons: Confusing navigation buttons, Subpar hardware, Slow and unreliable camera results, High price

Motorola Moto X4 review

No reviews
Verdict: Once Motorola's flagship phone, the X went through an episode of multiple personality disorder in 2015 (remember the Style, Play and Force?) only to be replaced at the top by the Moto Z last year. Feeling at home in the midrange, the X-series is now in its fourth generation. Meet the Moto X4.

Motorola Moto X4 review: Is this the mid-end smartphone to beat?

4.0
Verdict: Moto X4 may not have a fancy mod to support or a crack-resistant screen, but the phone gives a good idea of where smart devices are headed.

Motorola Moto X4 Dual 64GB

4.0
Verdict: Is the resurrection of Motorola's X series smartphones a glorious thing, or is the Moto X4 a flawed return? We've spent some serious time with the Motorola Moto X4 for this full review and we've enjoyed the experience, although it's not quite perfect.
Pros: Water resistant, Strong Moto features, Built-in Alexa

Motorola Moto X4

3.5
Verdict: Motorola continues to turn out solid work with its affordable Moto E and G ranges, occasionally cutting loose with the weird and wonderful premium Z range. But fans will remember a time not so long ago when the Moto X was an eye-catching highlight of the Android scene, providing style and poise at a...
Pros: Sharp glass-backed design, Crisp display, Smooth performance
Cons: Heavy, Unreliable and gimmicky camera, No AMOLED display

Moto X4 review: Motorola's 'basic' phone is a good value for $400

No reviews
Verdict: I was ready to give the Moto X4 a middling to negative review when a colleague asked me about phone recommendations, specifically non-iPhones. Since the X4 was in my hand, I showed it to her.

Motorola Moto X4 Review: Moto's Best Mid-range Phone?

No reviews
Verdict: Motorola's Moto X4 is a great little mid-range device, and while we were a little put off by its camera performance, it has more than enough pro's to counter its cons. Its gorgeous design, solid build quality, water resistance, excellent battery life and fast processor makes the Moto X4 a solid...

Motorola Moto X4 6GB

3.8
Verdict: The Moto X4 6GB version runs on Android Oreo out-of-the-box and has some nifty camera features, all for a premium of Rs 2,000 more than its younger sibling. Truth be told, Moto could've just rolled out the update to the latest Android to the existing variants and saved the extra RAM for the...
Pros: Premium Glass Design, Moto Actions
Cons: High shutter lag in camera, Extra RAM doesn't give any significant performance boost

Motorola Moto X4 review: In a tough spot

3.5
Verdict: On the one hand we welcome the X back to the fold, on the other it needed to be pushing the flagship stakes as the non-Moto Mod device. When it hits that form, it could once again be the business.
Pros: Comfortable design for one-handed use, Effective fingerprint scanner, Waterproofing, OLED screen, Intelligent Moto applications integrate well with Android software
Cons: Design looks plastic (but isn't, Cameras look odd, Software experience is a little slow (camera app slow to launch, Outshone by other mid-price phones, Ought to feel more like Moto's non-Mod flagship

Motorola Moto X4 Dual 64GB

3.9
Verdict: It's not top-of-the-line hardware and it doesn't have the absolute latest version of Android, but we're in love with the Android One Moto X4. The price, specs, and features call to mind the golden days of Nexus phones.

Motorola Moto X4 Dual 64GB

5.0
Verdict: Paid in 1990 on the web hall and found the phone to be cruel everything besides the camera, the only thing that feels budget. Good battery life, feels fast, has already got Oreo (android 8). Some big edges and you probably want a shell when it's glass back.

Best Upper-Mid Range Phone I've tested to Date

5.0
Verdict: The Moto X4 is definitely a solid contender, and the reviews I've read about this smartphone before purchased it were really underestimated (save for the camera). The phone feels like a solid one with the aluminum and glass feel, not to mention it's not as much of a fingerprint as I expected.
Pros: Dual Rear Cameras, Pure and Swift Android Experience, Build Quality, Battery Life
Cons: Slow Shutter Speeds, Fingerprint Gestures Take Time to Adjust to

Motorola Moto X4 Dual SIM Smartphone 64GB - Super Black - IP68 water resistant & perfect for Business

2.0
Verdict: It's good for the price. Performance - no lag that I can see, it can play any 3d game perfectly fine (I played Riptide: Renegade and Hearthstone) 4.5/5 Screen - sharp and vibrant (note that the software artificially boosts the saturation of the colours, you can turn this off in display settings) 4/5...
