Overall worth the price

The quickpowerwash cycle and express 20 are the best, a full 40°- 60° wash in 49 minutes, it’s just what you need, and clothes come out surprisingly clean using the express 20 cycle, they are my most used cycles! Singlewash is a feature I use all the time and it works so well, even when it only uses 9L of water for a whole cycle. Pre-ironing saves so much time ironing uniforms and sheets, and everything comes out perfectly clean, smelling fresh, bright and soft using the twindos. Seeing how much energy you have used and how much is estimated with eco feedback is such a simple thing but super helpful. it’s super quiet even when spinning at 1600rpm, although it does have its moments sometimes with something huge, but even then the machine doesn’t walk or shake to bad, everything comes out super dry and doesn’t need to long in the matching dryer. Awesome Washine Machine

Great washing machine, twin dos is excellent. Mobile App is handy. Guys who delivered it were absolute tools, didn't even level the machine and it was an easy delivery.

Excellent machine so far. Does take longer than previous Miele machine. Working out the touch pad controls takes a little while, but if a hexagenerian can do it so can you.

Solid machine but you need to learn the quirks

It’s a great machine but isn’t as easy to use as the previous model we had for ten years. Once a cycle is set - even on a timer - you can’t change it easily. Beware the default temperature settings which can only be adjusted on some cycles- we have ruined a bunch of whites that went in mixed loads.

Loathe it

I loathe this washing machine. It's really slow and has super clunky electronics eg won't let you cancel a programme part way though. I wish I hadn't bought it.

Sometimes bigger and newer is not better

I have had a Miele machine for 10 years and loved it. This machine is too technical, inflexible, and difficult to use. The Twin Do's whilst sounding great are a pain. The screen froze after a few washes and I have now been unable to use for three weeks. Look further - do not purchase this model.
