Unless this is a one-off problem, I was able to get 5mbs on my laptop without an issue in the hospital with 5 bars. Yet, this device was not able to connect to the internet well enough to even complete the setup.

Good quality, easy to install. The camera and the microphone both work well. I am disappointed with the width of field that the camera is able to pick up. It is OK, but not near the width that I was expecting/hoping for.

The logitech cam was a little bit delayed in shipping but other than i am totally satisfied with the product and it's also very very simple to install or use the TV cam.

I purchased this for my 80yr old grandparents and they absolutely love it. They have not had any issues out of it and are able to use it very well. The picture is very clear on both ends. It's a little expensive, but very easy to use and good quality.

Our Granddaughter was born in November and we were excited to see an ad for this new TV Webcam-perfect Christmas gifts. We have been thrilled with the quality. We look forward to seeing the milestones as our grandbaby grows.

A well made, self contained unit, which produces excellent results. Camera is superb and clear sound. Easy to set up. You pay for quality.
