Logitech has gone back to the drawing board and decided to redesign their latest line of webcams. Today's consumer demand great HD videos and photos, whether they are at home or on the go.

Great webcam! I use it for Skype and whomever I am chatting with tell me that the pix is crystal clear and the sound is excellent. Very easy to set up and use.

The Video quality is really nice . the only problem is with Auto focus .Sometimes it takes a lot of time till this option works and i think it depends on the Material of the thing that you bring super close to Camera. But Generally this Webcam is Great.

The Logitech c615 In my opinion has to be the all round best webcam I've ever used, and we all know how quick you can get through webcams when you use them a lot. The webcam films in full 1080p HD, has face tracking, auto focus, digital zoom and some other very good features.

Dark picture in the wrong light

I was pretty excited about this HD 8 mpx webcam and it's specs. However, after using in our lab I was disappointed. Doesn't focus crisp images past 1-1/2 feet. I guess I expected at least 5-10ft for a group. Although it may be HD, it does not give a good crisp video capture.

I bought this camera wanting a nice 720p HD recording camera. I went a little overboard and decided to get the 1080p HD variant and got the 615HD from Logitech. From my point of view, I use it mainly for Skype, and occasionally for pictures. I must say the picture quality is brilliant.

Reliability

This webcam works great for Skype. I am still trying to figure out how to record video but I know it will do this as well. Very easy to install following the directions.

This webcam is a decent offering from Logitech, with good audio and video quality and it can also take still images. The base of the webcam is very versatile and can sit just fine on my Samsung LED monitor, so those with new thin displays need not worry, this camera will sit on it just fine.

Upgraded to this webcam and its made a world of difference to my skype calls. its sharp, clear and positionable. Makes video calls a dream. Now to convince family to get one so i can see them too.
