Very sad that this webcam comes brand new and does not work at all. I contacted Logitech tech support and they were no help. Amazon tech support takes so long that I just didn't want to wait anymore, plus the bottom line is that it just does not turn on when plugged into the computer.

Good quality. I just wish the cord was longer and that the software actually worked. I use the camera software that is already on my computer because their downloadable software isn't user friendly (at least not to me. I can only get it to do even shots).

I purchased this a year or so ago to do streaming of physical media and skype calls. There's no way to get a sharp image, forever blurry, forever out of focus, and the settings are hard to manage. Looking for MAC- No way.

Mistakingly purchased this in a hurry for a regular desktop pc, not realizing it was for a laptop. Great price, nice and clear video as well as audio. Easy to set up. I use this for streaming as well as Skype and other communication programs. My only dislike is that the usb cable is not very long.

Bought this mainly for Skype for Business (Online Meetings). Picture quality during video call is good and it can even handle back lighting (WDR). Mic works perfect too it can handle background noise when you are talking. I could not think of any negative review. Highly recommended!

Great Camera

I have used this repeatedly . And it still works . I love it great value for the buck love them of course Id buy this again. Great value. I hesitated whether to buy before, but when I got it, I have to say I made a nice decision to buy this. Very good quality.

It works on my Mac Mini for Skype connections. Not all webcams work with Macs. It folds up neatly as well so that you can put it in your bag.

So far so good. Bought for my 85-year old mother-in-law and the face tracking is especially good - it means she doesn't have to woryy about exact sitting location. Picture quality is great and so much better than built-in webcams.

Full 1080p HD may be an alluring webcam option, but for some, that feature (and its resulting price) is overkill. On the other end of the spectrum, stepping down to bargain models can shave off too many bells and whistles.
