Worst web cam. I purchased 2 months back. the cam stopped working and when we called flipkart, they answered harshly they cannot take the product back. they told to give in service center for repair. but we were not able to find a service center in chennai. So product is lying waste.

Ended up buying three of these so I could talk with family members while working away from home. So far everyone is happy with them. Cheap and effective, hard to beat.

These work great! First there is next to no installation if you have Windows 7 or above; No need for a install CD, just plug them in and Windows will optionally update them automatically; ZERO bloatware (a problem in the past with Logitech et al).

The only minor con about it: for the paranoid of us; knowing that there is a possibility any internet/wired camera or microphone can be remotely hijacked through targeted malware attacks..(although Big brother would get awfully bored listening/watching me).

Good Product

I can see why this item was on sale. The camera works fine. The cord to the USB port is maybe 2 feet long. Not long enough. I put a 10 foot extension on it but the camera wouldn't work.

Camera is too good. I ordered this before leaving for US and my family uses this regularly for Skype calling. It gives wide angle view and the video and audio quality are very good.

I love this web cam. it was easy to install on my Windows 8 machine and has been working great so far.

Was great while it worked, but the microphone stopped working after about 3-4 months

Plugged and played - it just worked, no software or driver installation required (Windows 7 PC). Perfect for Skype with distant family.

This webcam is impossible to set up properly, Logitech Customer Service is of no use, I have been trying for months and now these are not returnable. Absolutely will not work with Skype no matter how hard you try. No more Logitech hardware for me.

This was delivered less than 24 hours after I ordered it (as usual!) when the microphone on my laptop broke. Literally plugged it in and it worked right away. Good quality video and decent sound, though I have found I do have to talk quite loudly in order to be heard clearly.
