Great machine!
well, I have to say it is a great machine! It's heavy, it works perfectly so far as I've made three bread doughs. For everyone's sake I recommend to read the manual carefully which actually provides a lot of information including dos and donts

The one thing that makes this so good, it's sturdy and made of metal. no brittle plastic. simple to use.

A good but extremely heavy mixer
Good product, terrible delivery service, especially for such a heavy item. I paid for door-to-door delivery and had to pick it up myself from a drop off point due to lack of communication from the delivery company.
