Killzone is a series that was lauded as a Halo killer when it debuted on the PlayStation 2. The series has never quite managed to live up to those lofty claims. Now two console generations on, the franchise arrives to showcase the next-gen power of the PlayStation 4.

Great Launch Game!
This is a very intense first-person shooter. I've been a COD player for quite sometime and Killzone: Shadow fall is my first introduction to the Killzone franchise.There are a few basic instructions during the earlier levels, but after that you're on your own.
Pros:

- Fun To Play
- Good Audio
- Graphics
- Multiplayer

- Poor Instructions

another good killzone
Best killzone game so far. I've played them all. This one has the best game play and graphics. A little bit more thought needs to go into online play.

Killzone: Shadow Fall PS4 Review
Players: 1-24 Age Rating: 18+ Other console/handheld formats: N/A Halo, Resistance: Fall of Man, Perfect Dark Zero and TimeSplitters all have one thing in common, they were FPS exclusives that helped launch consoles.

Like watching paint dry.....
I got this bundled with the playstation and was looking forward to playing it.......... I wasn't expecting much but by God it is boring. It pretty much took the excitement of having a new console away. A few hours later I went and bought Battlefield and then FIFA.

Best in the Series
I have enjoyed the series, but to me this one is the best. Controls are spot on. Use of new feature on the controller (touchpad). Good story. Game is just all out great. One of my favorites to date.
Pros:
- Graphics
- Story
- Control
- Use of touchpad
- save system is fair
- best in series IMO
Cons:
- Load times when first starting the game is slow
- Load times after death...you have to wait until the guy bends down to mock you before the game wants to load

A Nice FPS entry for the Next Gen
Please note that this review may contain spoilers Story : Shadow Fall is your typical Killzone game where you play as a Vektan soldier and fight against the Helghast forces. After the destruction of the Helghast planet in Killzone 3, many Helghast are forced to take refuge at Vekta's own planet.
