Clear sound, holds charge, good product

Broken after 2 months. Going to return it.

They work well while they are working but they just don't last for any length of time. Ear tips tend to fall off so I have to glue them on. Have bought at least three of these trying to keep them in service.

It works great but it doesn't say when there's an incoming call

I bought several different types of Bluetooths and they all got returned because that hurt my ear or didn't fit right or no noise reduction. Then I tried the jabra mini and it fits my ear great. I sometimes forget that I'm wearing it because it comfortable.

I love Jabra products. This item now has an on/off switch which is a big improvement over the old "hold down the power button" for a certain number of seconds to turn on or off. it is a very good device , you can hear the the message and directly you can reply or call back the number without touching the phone , which it is very important when you are driving
