Sure, the Apple products, it is difficult to get the volume down to very faintly. BUT, this product has an extremely good quality. I bought it last summer and thought about taking it on a trip in the early autumn. But I could not find it. No one in the family had seen it recently.

I bought several different types of Bluetooths and they all got returned because that hurt my ear or didn't fit right or no noise reduction. Then I tried the jabra mini and it fits my ear great. I sometimes forget that I'm wearing it because it comfortable.

it is a very good device , you can hear the the message and directly you can reply or call back the number without touching the phone , which it is very important when you are driving
