It suits my needs.
I purchased the headset for use with my VOIP phone. The product works very well for the purpose I purchased it. Good service. I was pleased.

This has been working well for few months now. Sound seems a bit on the lower side. I wish I could bump it a bit higher though.

Only issue was documentation doesn't really describe functionality very well. The noise cancelling wasn't very effective. But overall it does sound and perform well.

I was very surprised that this product was not sent with the lead/connection to attach to the telephone base unit? Only luck would have it that I had kept an old head set? Bought a few sets direct from BT before and although more expensive they did complete with all attachments to connect to the...

Love this headset
I've had one of these at work for at least a couple of years now. This is easily the best headset I own for business. And I own a ton of different ones including Sennheiser and Plantronics.
Pros:
- * Lightweight * No fatigue when on your head a long time due to light weight and soft fit * Not visually obvious if you're on a webcam * Great audio * Picks up voice very well
- lots of people remark on high audio quality * "Just works" with Windows 7
- Skype
- all IM programs
- etc.
Cons:
- * Microphone boom falls out occasionally but slides right back in * A bit flimsy for travel in a briefcase or backpack
- made for leaving on your desk or drawer
