Homefront is aimed squarely at the First Person Shooter fan. An alternative to the popular shooters that were released recently, this shooter is built in the mold of many that have come before it.

This game was a great buy and I loved the action, blood and story because of the revolution fighting aspect but the way some of the characters were developed mad me angry.

A truly underrated FPS. No, it is not perfect (or else I would have given it a 5 star). But it is solid. And the story is very, very good. I highly recommend Homefront. And look out for the sequel Homefront: The Revolution.

Good game, a little on the short side but was quite enjoyable

Homefront is definitely a decent game overall, but it struggles in a couple of key areas. The visuals leave a lot to be desired and the campaign tells a fantastic story, but is short and has strange pacing and scripting issues.

The concept behind Homefront is basically and very good and original idea. The storyline is definitely very emotional and evocative from the parents being shot in front of their own child, the child's screams all the way to the mass killings of civilians and mass burials.

Homefront is not considered a game FPS, because you see the character on screen. Would be for a SPS or TPS ... But the action is intense ... You can not stop playing when it starts ... Your character interacts with every weapon in its path and even some cars as combat drones .. .

Went into this purchase just thinking "Hey for the price itll be worth it either way" because most shooters either have a very good multiplayer or a good campaign,this game has a great campaign because of the story and the controls are the same of most shooters so that helped,as well as the graphics...
