Agent 47 has come a long way over the series' 18 year history, but zeroing in on the past two years alone - starting with IO Interactive's 2016 reboot of the franchise, simply titled Hitman - the series and developer have been put through the wringer.

Although a lot of people were sceptical about how the first season of Hitman was presented, it did work out quite well in the end, allowing you dispatch targets in multitudes of ways, with different challenges that were quite well setup and at times, elaborate to achieve.

Dan suits up for another round of creative killing with everyone's favourite assassin, Agent 47.

Huge amount of options for dispatching targets; Massive stunning levels; High replayability; So many ways to tackle any situation

Story is short if you just run through it once; Trial and error may turn off some players; Enemy AI can be easy to exploit; NZ level could be anywhere in the world

The story continues where the 2016 title left off, and we continue to get glimpses and find out more details about agent 47's mysterious background, and even get the juicy details about the true relationship between him and some other crucial characters.

This game is as great if not better than the first, the graphics look amazing especially on PS4 Pro. I've only played the first 2 levels but have thoroughly enjoyed the game so far. I've always loved stealth games but also have fun going in loud as possible and causing chaos.
