The device offers an all-round faster experience both on board the device itself and out on Telstra's 4G network. The One XL is a feature-packed smartphone that will suit a wide range of users.

HTC's One XL: a seriously impressive 4G phone
HTC's top-tier One X handset has received an upgrade of sorts, with the company keeping the design, changing a few specs, and making it possible for the handset to jump onto Telstra's 4G network in the faster HTC One XL.
Pros:
- Insanely fast 4G downlink
- Above average battery life
- Excellent screen
- Fantastic camera
Cons:
- Keyboard responsiveness could be improved
- No microSD expansion slot

Show Me the 4G
Is an HTC One X by any other name just as sweet? In the case of the Evo 4G LTE, a slightly reconfigured sibling of the One X, no, not quite. But almost. The One X is our current pick as the best overall Android phone on the market right now.
Pros:
- Black aluminum and plastic, with red anodized highlights producing a distinctively menacing looking phone
- One of the best displays and cameras found in smartphones
- Beastly power and speed
- HTC Sense 4 isn't as good as stock Android, but it's the best alternative.
Cons:
- It's called the Evo 4G LTE, but Sprint's 4G LTE network hasn't launched yet
- The protruding camera is begging to get scuffed and scratched over the life of a 2-year contract.

HTC One X Camera Phone Review
This mobile phone is being advertised as a camera, used by a photography student on a fashion shoot, while skydiving. It's also a high-end, top of the range, all singing, all-dancing Android phone with a huge 4.7inch screen, high resolution 720p display, quadcore 1.5ghz processor, 1GB ram, as well...
Pros:
- Stunning screen
- Extremely thin
- Lots of built-in effects
- Quick focus
- Quick continuous shooting
- Takes photos while recording video
- 2 year warranty
Cons:
- Gets hot with continued use
- Doesn't have a dedicated shutter button
- Lacks MicroSD slot for expansion
- Poor image quality
- Noise in all images
- Lacks real flash

Everything looks beautiful, a photo of a pale cloudy day looks as good as a sunset snapshot.
Pros:
- The One X is all sorts of fast
- It's actually dizzying the phone loads apps pretty much before you've lifted your finger from the screen and it never hung or crashed.
Cons:
- No microSD slot

In 2012, HTC finds itself in a defensive position. Apple continues to carve out a larger share of the smartphone market, and Samsung has stolen a lot of the momentum HTC gained in the last two years.

- Beats Audio included

Clash of the Titans Part 2: Samsung Galaxy SIII vs HTC One X–Software
Deciding between the SIII and Touchwiz or the One X and Sense is a pretty easy decision for me. Not only is Touchwiz smoother and faster, but it actually adds useful functions that are otherwise missing from stock Android.
