HTC One A9 – Review
A bit of history first, and perhaps a personal viewpoint from myself. Back in 2002 I handled my first HTC smartphone. It was branded up as an Orange SPV and it kick-started this entire website.

Let me be blunt. If I lost my iPhone a week ago and needed a new one, I would buy the HTC One A9. It looks great, and upon first glance , works pretty great, too. But I didn't lose my iPhone, and the A9 is now more expensive than I thought it was.
Pros:
- It's a very pretty phone
- It works ok, but mostly it's very pretty
Cons:
- The underperforming processor is noticeably deficient
- Android phones are famous for a little bit of lag, especially when laden with heavy skinning, but it's that much worse when trying to be an iPhone replacement
- Also, despite being better than its big brother, the camera has room for improvement

HTC One A9 review
HTC's latest premium phone is more than just an iPhone clone - it's easily the most solid built handset the company has made yet. While it does lack raw power compared to its M9 sibling, there are no BoomSound speakers and its camera does leave us wanting more, it's a solid performer and its...

HTC One A9 review: This is not Android's iPhone
Companies in the mobile industry have been shortening product life cycles more in the last two years than ever before. Blink and you'll probably see a new flagship from Samsung, Huawei, Sony, or another hardware manufacturer launch.

HTC One A9 review: the Android iPhone
When the history of Android is written, HTC's name will go down as one of the early innovators that propelled the young platform to its fullest potential. This Taiwanese company built the first ever Android phone as well as the first Nexus.
Pros:
- Exquisite
- if unoriginal
- design
- Runs smooth as butter
- Fast and accurate fingerprint sensor
- Sounds great even without stereo speakers
Cons:
- Battery is only just adequate
- Camera still lags the competition
- Google's Nexuses offer much better value
- The ignominy of being an iPhone clone

HTC One A9 Review
HTC's all-metal One A9 has style, but its $500 price tag is much higher than the competition.
Pros:
- Gorgeous all-metal design
- Fingerprint sensor with Android Pay
- MicroSD card slot for expandable storage
- Nearly pure Android 6.0 Marshmallow
Cons:
- Weak processor
- Poor battery life
- $500 is too much

The best till now
I was using HTC one S since the past years and now it has given up. 6 years for a phone is an amazing life. In those times I never faced any technical issue with the phone at all. I owned an amazing silver and black colour phone. The phone had:- It was a sleek phone and really very nice.

The HTC One S is a fantastic phone with a lovely design and its ability to cram so much in a phone so thin. Its camera and performance throughout is exceptional. If you're looking for a new smartphone, the HTC One S should be near the top of your list.
Pros:
- One of the first things you'll notice is how fast the HTC One S can be
- The HTC One S boots up in no time at all in comparison to some smartphones
- Its 1.5GHz dual core processor makes all the difference: really helping to add zip to multitasking and managing multiple applications and diving into...
Cons:
- The HTC One S features Android 4.0, but HTC still insists on caking in its HTC Sense 4 interface to accompany it, so you don't quite get the full Android 4.0 experience
- But that said, the interface is still lush, featuring beautiful menu layouts.

HTC is reinventing the smartphone with the One series, and the HTC One S is a nicely proportioned, well specified handset with plenty going for it. We'd have liked the S to have been a touch cheaper to put a little more space between it and the One X, but regardless this is part of what is turning...
