This is the one phone for me

I bought this HTC One mini on a contract for around £23 per month and I haven't regretted it, it came with around £140 cash back over the two years and I heard it's meant to be a good phone, well it is!

Great quality phone with some pretty good features

Mine broke and there's no room for storage

even after I've used it for like 3 years

The phone is impeccable, even after I've used it for like 3 years. It has not crashed, not once. It rarely is slow, probably when I overload its memory. The battery is enough for 2-3 days, depending if I go for the advanced battery saver scheme.

HTC One mini

HTC has released a mini version of their flagship phone, appropriately named the HTC One Mini . The One Mini has the same aluminum and plastic frame, 4MP camera and Sense 5 user interface as the HTC One .

Review: HTC One mini

remains one of the best Android smartphones in the market today in almost every aspect. Great build, premium materials, innovative software and a stunning new camera. It was voted best smartphone by Canadian Reviewer's readers a few months ago and it has spawned smaller and larger variants.

Small, speedy, and strong: HTC's One Mini reviewed

The flavour of the moment seems to be big phones, with devices starting at the 4.7 inch screen size mark, and pushing all the way past six inches into phablet territory. Not everyone wants a massive phone, though, and with that in mind, HTC is shrinking its One handset to suit.

Excellent build; Aluminium chassis; Great 4G speeds; Ultrapixel camera may not pack many megapixels; but it sure brings decent low light

No NFC; No microSD slot; Infrared section missing in action; meaning you can't use this handset as a remote control; Like the HTC One; Blinkfeed lacks the ability to add your own feeds and news sites; forcing you to use its suggestions and nothing else; Power button up top can still take some...

The One Mini is a downsized version of the HTC One that's difficult to recommend

Smartphones continue to get bigger and bigger but not everyone wants to carry around a behemoth in their pocket. At least that's what HTC seems to believe. The HTC One Mini is a compact version of the flagship HTC One , aiming to deliver a similar user experience in a much more pocket-friendly size.

Attractive aluminium build; Compact and comfortable size; Excellent display

Weak reception; Battery life isn't great; Questionable performance at times

Review: HTC One Mini

The 4 "ultrapixel" (marketing mumbo-jumbo) camera offers called Zoe. It offers many images post processing effects such as skin smoothening, red-eye removal, and anti-shine. Sequence Shot is an excellent feature that combines multiple images in a single frame to convey the action.

Impressive design; Sturdy build; Sharp screen; Elegant UI; Great sound quality

Disappointing camera; Expensive; Limited storage

HTC had introduced the One mini at Rs 36,790 market operating price and it can be purchased for around Rs 33,000 in India. The unfortunate part is that Samsung Galaxy S4 and Google Nexus 5 are available at the same price with better displays, hardware, battery and overall performance.

Amazingly crisp display; Comfortable design; Premium build quality; Audio output could have been louder

Mediocre camera quality; Limited battery capacity

There is no doubt that the HTC One mini is a brilliantly designed smartphone. It even performs well and has a solid camera that produces above average pictures in low-light conditions. But, at Rs 36,790 one has to admit that much higher phones like the Sony Xperia Z, and the LG Nexus 4 can be had.

More than just an "EYE CANDY"

Let's start with looks, and "WOW that's a sexy phone" are the exact words from all the people who see the phone. The curves and the touch of the phone will never let you take it out of your hands.
