Fast, Sleek, Highly Customizable; This is an overall great phone and this makes the 3rd one I've bought either for myself or for family & friends; It's easily bootloader unlocked and s-off'd as well, meaning you can literally make it into just about anything you like.
It's a little slick(maybe because of the brushed aluminum case) so it can slip around easily until you get a case for it, which makes you pretty paranoid; Newegg's price is pretty high; You can pick one up on auction sites for about half what they're charging.

If you like apps? No. Then again, if you do like apps I'm not sure why you're reading a Windows Phone review in the first place. But if you want eye-candy hardware, wrapped in a well-designed OS, then this phone could be a great pocket companion.
Ultimately, I will leave the M8 for Windows behind; For all the great additions HTC brought over to Windows Phone, the camera is just mediocre-much like it was for Android-and the camera app has even less functionality here.
We were enamoured by the original HTC One , and love its replacement too. This smartphone matches good looks with beauty, taking it to the top of the handset charts and laying down a challenge for all its successors.
