I loved this printer for the 1st year! Then it stopped working. Would not print anything with black ink!!! Called customer care and talked with some one in India. Was told for a FEE they would send me to a support line.

It works for the first few pages and then stops. It scans half a page and then stops, it is unreliable and the most disappointing product I have ever wasted my money on. I bought it because it was supposed to be compatible with my Apple ipad and Airport (which it sits next to!).

We purchased this printer based on good reviews and it's been a nightmare ever since. It was defective, so we simply wanted to exchange it for one that worked. I am very disappointed with this product the reason is very simple. When it goes into sleep mood it disconnects from the wireless and very time I have to use it I have to wake it up and reset it to the wireless and also I get messages that it is disconnected or sorry there was an error.

I cannot get the printer to print properly. Lines are not printed evenly and steps taken to clean printer heads etc have failed. If you can take this printer back and give me a refund you will be doing me a favour. Trusting I will hear from you as to method of return.

Printer produces very nice color prints but the printer was shipped with depleted ink cartridges so I was only able to print HP's provided test photo and one of my own pics (both 4"x6") before the printer ran out of ink.
