I cannot get the printer to print properly. Lines are not printed evenly and steps taken to clean printer heads etc have failed. If you can take this printer back and give me a refund you will be doing me a favour. Trusting I will hear from you as to method of return.

I assumed this printer had a multi-page feeder for scanning and copying....my fault for not investigating more thoroughly. Also, had some difficulty getting the printer set up on our home network...eventually, I was able to.....but it should have been easier.

From what I've used so far this printer is a lot better than my old Epson. It is a tad noisy on firing up, but otherwise it is fine and the print quality is excellent. On set up it asks you to print a photo (just to check) and it was perfect and set up itself was very easy.

I bought this printer for normal printing of emails, word documents, etc. I love the fact that it's wireless and that you can print from other mobile devices. The setup was easy and the unit is very easy to use.

So far this printer has exceeded my expectations. It starts printing quickly and is very fast. It prints on both sides of the paper which I wasn't expecting. Overall a very good printer.

we run a bird rescue charity so do lots of printing .the great thing is we can keep it upstairs away from the birds and being wireless we can use any computer, it came with ink and prints wonderfully.

Purchase, primarily because we needed a new printer and this one was on offer. It is stunning for photos and for the ease of set up. Disc included makes connecting to network almost child's play, with or without cable. Up and running within minutes.

I find the display window hard to read and hard to understand. It doesn't seem to have any free forms that I can use. I wanted to have it print a calendar but it does not, nor does it print a graph page like my other printed did.

HP Photosmart 6520 printer arrived timely and was extremely simple to set up. I was able to unpack and print photos within 10 minutes. Connection to my network was a snap. Set up to print from my iPhone took only a few minutes too. Picture and print quality seem very nice too.
