I use this product a few times a week. This is my first wireless printer and I think it's great. Was very easy to connect to my wireless network and I like the separate ink cartridges. Money saver. The only issue I have had was in the set up.

This printer has printed very good quality photos, very good quality colour scans and good text printing on docs. Very easy set up from HP site and easy to use touch screen controls. Would recommend to all.

It works for the first few pages and then stops. It scans half a page and then stops, it is unreliable and the most disappointing product I have ever wasted my money on. I bought it because it was supposed to be compatible with my Apple ipad and Airport (which it sits next to!).

The printer can use extra large color cartridges. The cartridge box will have XL – the size of the cartridge is the same size as the regular or XL. Look for the XL on the cartridge box. The cost is twice as much but you get more ink.

it is what we wanted and needed. it works great from both lap tops and cell phones. highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go wireless and send to the printer from your phone while you are out and about.

I just bought this couple of days ago. It was easy to install! BUT, for the first print it took long time after giving the print command at least 20 times! Now I wanted to print something important and can't even print!!!!Installed all eprint and all connected all i.e.

I loved this printer for the 1st year! Then it stopped working. Would not print anything with black ink!!! Called customer care and talked with some one in India. Was told for a FEE they would send me to a support line.

I am very disappointed with this product the reason is very simple. When it goes into sleep mood it disconnects from the wireless and very time I have to use it I have to wake it up and reset it to the wireless and also I get messages that it is disconnected or sorry there was an error.

Printer produces very nice color prints but the printer was shipped with depleted ink cartridges so I was only able to print HP's provided test photo and one of my own pics (both 4"x6") before the printer ran out of ink.
