it works but....

Two problems have emerged: cannot find claim number. It does not seem to be on any paperwork or on the machine, and nothing is telling me where to look for it.

HP Officejet 7612 All-in-One A3 Inkjet Printer with Fax

Takes A3 paper paper in tray without having to feed it separately as in my previous printer; Extremely good value for money

Not really a bad point; but it is big! Owing to the size of the A3 scanner; which isn't really necessary for our purposes

Seemed like a great idea

I only buy HP and I was so excited to get this printer - I design and print invitations and stationery. This printer stated it would print A2 envelopes - sure it does but cuts off most of the imagine.

This printer was selected to

This printer was selected to replace a HP 7500 wide format that I have been using since 2011. I use it to copy and scan drawings. I purchased an Epson last year and it is not as user friendly and takes up a lot of space. For average copying and scanning the HP is much better. I am happy so far.

I've had the printer for 14 months. When it worked, it printed good quality text and architect's drawings very fast. Initially I was pleased. However, it developed a repeated error message Problem with the Ink System, and then they Print Head finally gave up, just two months out of warranty.

Good product but stationery unavailable

The product is pretty good for its price. I was happy obtaining good prints. However there 2 big hastles - 1) HP inkjet stationery is virtually unavailable. Forget the A3 & 13x19" papers that the printer is capable of printing.

No setup instructions

Prints well, but was difficult to setup as there were no real instructions on how to setup the printer. Like the idea it will print 11x17 format. It also had a protective plastic covering on every surface and I was able to get most of it off, but took forever

A versatile MFP delivering good quality water-resistant prints.

Easy to use; connectivity options

Output tray is a hindrance when putting papers in input tray

HP Officejet 7612 A3 Wireless All-in-One Printer

It seems that it won't work properly without being directly plugged into the mains socket .... eg can't use an extension lead - not good. But also having paid twice so far for one printer I am not happy
