Prints well, but was difficult to setup as there were no real instructions on how to setup the printer. Like the idea it will print 11x17 format. It also had a protective plastic covering on every surface and I was able to get most of it off, but took forever

Not had it long but seems to do everything very well. It did take a bit of time to unpack it though, seem to put alot of clear flim all over it, but I guess it protects it in transit. Arrived one day after I ordered it!

The product is pretty good for its price. I was happy obtaining good prints. However there 2 big hastles - 1) HP inkjet stationery is virtually unavailable. Forget the A3 & 13x19" papers that the printer is capable of printing.

I purchased a HP 8610 a month before this one with this product I don't need that printer!

So far so good! Originally I ordered another printer, unfortunately out of stock with a weeks lag. Printerland phoned me up to tell me and also recommend an alternative - CHEAPER, as well as in stock. Quick check of reviews while on the phone, order changed and printer with me the next day.

I gave this all-in-one 3 stars because of the scanner. The printer works great and makes great prints. But, the scanner leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. I work with scanners on a daily basis. My business is basically surrounded by the need for quick accurate scanning of photos.

For me it is super excellent, the scanner is what I was looking for has excellent quality meets my expectations
