For me it is super excellent, the scanner is what I was looking for has excellent quality meets my expectations

I gave this all-in-one 3 stars because of the scanner. The printer works great and makes great prints. But, the scanner leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. I work with scanners on a daily basis. My business is basically surrounded by the need for quick accurate scanning of photos.

This printer was selected to replace a HP 7500 wide format that I have been using since 2011. I use it to copy and scan drawings. I purchased an Epson last year and it is not as user friendly and takes up a lot of space. For average copying and scanning the HP is much better. I am happy so far.

Two problems have emerged: cannot find claim number. It does not seem to be on any paperwork or on the machine, and nothing is telling me where to look for it.

I've had two of this model and both are clunkers. Absolutely refuses to stay connected to any PC or device and even removes itself from the list of available printers. I've owned many HP printers over the past 25 years that gave me excellent service (I miss my G85 all-in-one), but this one is an...

I only buy HP and I was so excited to get this printer - I design and print invitations and stationery. This printer stated it would print A2 envelopes - sure it does but cuts off most of the imagine.

I purchased a HP 8610 a month before this one with this product I don't need that printer!

Excellent print quality; very fast; great job on photo with just plain paper and not to bad of a footprint to be a large format printer

Not happy with the way it works with my telephone line for fax

Bought for small business home office. Fax, scan, copy, print. Beautiful photo quality prints also. Economical too. Will copy or scan up to 13X9 size. Very easily set up. Windows 10 compatible. Only draw back is product is quite large so check dimensions for your space prior to ordering.

I like the economical ink consumption of this printer, and its various smart capabilities using HP ePrint!
