This is a great value product from HP perfect for home or office use. The speed and quality is excellent and I would highly recommend.

It seems that it won't work properly without being directly plugged into the mains socket .... eg can't use an extension lead - not good. But also having paid twice so far for one printer I am not happy

good and easy to use & set up

Not had it long but seems to do everything very well. It did take a bit of time to unpack it though, seem to put alot of clear flim all over it, but I guess it protects it in transit. Arrived one day after I ordered it!

My new cartridges locked because of print head issue. But HP gave me a very Bad after sale service experience. My company management decided not to buy any products of HP.
