The battery won't charge causing the printer to only work in the ePrint mode. I spent considerable time trying to fix the problem and finally resorted to contacting HP which was difficult in and of itself. HP followed up with an email saying they had received my report and had opened a case file.

My last printer finally broke after 5 years. It travels to jobsites and has been a wonderful printer. This is the new and improved version and hope it works just as good and long as the last one.

Despite not being to use the Bluetooth to print I am sure it is something on my side that I just could not figure out so I still gave it 5 stars. The other items listed in my con section are not major issues.

I bought the printer scanner for my granddaughter to take to college after I used it this summer as I did research for my book. I scanned hundreds of photos for my book. I used it with and without being plugged in. I transported the scanner from one place to another. It was fabulous.

I travel very often i always have documents that need to be print, copy or scan, this printer has all of that plus is compact easy to carry and very efficient.

Its brilliant. Not the chespest item but you pay for what you get. The set up was quick and ridiculously easy and once I had downloaded dome HP software I could print wirelesly from my device easilly. Well done HP. Great product. Hope the ink cartridges are not too expensive though!!!
