'Techtober', as the month has been referred to tech media and fans this autumn, is starting to wrap up. We've already seen the launch of the Apple iPhone 11 Pro and now Google's Pixel 4 . These two smartphones go head-to-head on both camera quality and facial unlocking tech. So which is better

Google Pixel 4 review
If you're in the market for one of the very best camera phones out there, the Pixel 4 should be at or close to the top of your list. We find it hard to include the Google Pixel 4 among the ranks of other high-end smartphones. It is m... Short-winded. The Pixel 4 features almost no real updates save for a touchless gesture control feature and a 90 Hz panel. Otherwise, the device can be considered mostly a facelift. Unfortunately, it no longer features a fingerprint reader and the battery has decreased in capacity. Let's find out whether this new recipe actually works.- well built
- balanced speakers
- updates available for a long time
- great dual camera setup
- color-accurate 90 Hz display...
- ...lacking display brightness boost
- no Wi-Fi 6
- meager storage capacity without expandability options
- poor battery life
- poor screen-to-body ratio
AMAZING phone, HORRIBLE battery life.
This phone is great in terms of speed, size, look, function, camera, almost everything... But the battery is something else. Absolutely horrible. It reminds me of my old S6. Good luck getting more than 3 hours screen on time.
Google Pixel 4 review
The Pixel 4 packs in a number of major hardware changes - the second lens, 90Hz display, new face unlock, radar sensor, and Neural Core chip - and still has the best camera around for stills, even if it's badly behind on video.
